This is Ilya. He is one of my favorite students! He is so funny and sweet and unique and I just love him! Sometimes he pretends that he is various animals and bites me and the other teachers, but luckily he doesn't have any front teeth. He's also the tallest kid in the class and has an interesting hair style . . . A rat tail with some stripes shaved into his hair on the side. Yesterday I was walking through the area of the school where the kindergarten is, and I was saying hi to a lot of my students who happened to be in the hall and he was telling me all about his snow suit, I think, although it was all it Russian (he is one of the kids that cannot grasp the concept that I do not speak Russian) and then I said "Bye, Ilya!" and he came over to me, I thought to hug me like some of the others, but then he grabbed my arm and bit down as hard as he could and I still had the bite marks hours and hours later! He is a character! He has some behavior issues, but I really love him!
