I'm finally here!

So I'm finally here in Kyiv and I'm loving it so far! It's definitely hard transition, but I'm enjoying it. I live in a really nice house with a family of six. They have four sons. Ilya is 15, Zhenya is 10, Deema is 9, and Misha is 2. My host parents are Lilya and Sasha. They are so kind and gracious. I get to live with Mallory, which is super nice! We live about half an hour from Nyvky, the school where we teach. Things are very different here, but it's really interesting to see all the differences in our cultures. I started teaching on Monday, January 23rd. It's a little crazy, but I love it! The kids are all so cute! They're kindergarteners, so they're five and six years old. I feel like I've already learned so much since I've been here and I'm really excited to continue to learn more and have more and more new experiences!
